To access WooCommerce’s tax settings, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax in your WordPress dashboard. This page allows you to configure tax rates.
It should look like this as shown in plugins screenshot on wordpress.org

Can you please provide screenshot of your tax settings, tax slab settings & product settings?
Note: Tax can only be applied to order which were made after tax settings in correctly configured. It will not show the tax for previous orders.

There must be issue with your theme or any other plugin you are using.
Our plugin doesn’t control prices to be shown with or without tax on website. It does only configure the tax slabs and rest is handled through default WooCommerce.
So I would suggest you to try checking site on default theme or with plugins disabled except WooCommerce.

2. Apply tax to the productIgnore the other steps as those are required only for premium plugin.
