If the Octolize plugin is in use do I need to take any action related to the USPS Web Tool notice received from USPS.The site DOES use the Octolize plugin
The site DOES NOT show the USPS web tools, or at least I can not determine that it does.Never mind, another plugin was causing the issue.

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] Network Error on downloadThank you for the response. I just restored cPanel options, as I wondered if I had change PHP options that caused the issue. The process is now working, so perhaps related to memcache, memcached or opcache?

I suspected a host issue, like throttling, but they have no answer yet.The first suggestion might work, but apparently requires buying the pro version.
The second option provided the SQL query to review what is being autoloaded.
In this website’s case an optimization plugin was Autoloading quite bit, so I changed to “no”.

Thank you, the issue was spam filtering for the support emails. That has been cleared and support has resolved my issue. Thank you for the quick efficient responses 🙂
I found by changing the WP Staging configuration option “CPU Load Priority” I could upload the image.

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] PDFs direct link not password protectedI am not certain we are in sync. I do not want to password protect the file. I want to prevent unauthorized downloads. I though that was what Simple Download Monitor was intended to provide, no? Once the user has downloaded the file I do not want them to need a password.
SDM requires a password but ONLY if the user attempts to download via SDM. My issue is the file can be downloaded by bypassing SDM and directly downloading the file.
Isn’t SDM expected to prevent unauthorized users from downloading the file(s)?
