The very first part of your description says it is a FREE plugin requiring you sign up for a Free account. Nothing about the account is free. It is a trial account. You haven’t changed anything in terms of your false advertising. to quote the first paragraph: “All you need to install this free plugin and open FREE account”. I don’t understand why you are not upfront about this; you’re not doing your sales any favors by misinforming your potential customers before they buy anything! In fact you just upset people by wasting their time.

It definitely is appreciated. I think that your plugin adds great flow to my website and I am using it to provide customers and potential customers informative guides about my products, subsequently it’s a great way to generate leads too. People sign up to download the guides because of the “only show download button to logged-in users” setting (I have indicated on the page that you must be logged in to download). Just a fantastic plugin buddy 🙂 6/5 Stars if I could 🙂

Please understand that I think that the plugin is a great idea but the fact is that it keeps breaking and that makes the plugin quite useless. It seems that you don’t understand something basic; this is a review of a broken plugin. If the plugin is fixed I would be glad to give it a better review. I am not asking for features, just upset that even though I had this plugin initialized, customers were able to make purchases. When I thought it had been fixed, it broke again. Fortunately I had the foresight to disconnect the payment options so that if it broke again customers wouldn’t be able to complete the checkout. I would gladly change this to 5 stars if the plugin functions properly again in the future. Thank you for your hard work and prompt reply.
