Can you add this tag “set_post_thumbnail” to an image in an email newsletter so Postie knows which image to place in Featured image. And what would be the syntax for this?

Nice work on your site. I’m not sure what your asking about “Businesses”. Are you referring to the “General Business” topic from the Dynamic Content? Our articles come from our parent site Dynamicontent.net.
We have categories by topic not location.
You can use the ShortCodes to place an article from Dynamic Post anywhere on the site that you like.
The Free API code only gives you one months articles at a time.
The Full API code gives you all articles from the time your start your subscription.

We never received your ticket from WordPress.org.
There has been 11 updates since Jan 2018. Please let us know if you are still facing this issue.
Keep in mind Dynamic Post may not work with site that already have customization to the Blog.
I will forward your issue to our programs and let you know what they find.
