Hi @akshay-menariya,

Thank you! The conflicting plugin was “User Switching” v1.5.4

I disabled the plugin and the menu import works great.

Thanks for your great plugin, this will save a lot of time!

The Menu Swapper plugin did indeed work, however I had another edge case and ended up using Conditional Menus plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/
