  • Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.

You may try, on the /checkout/ URL, disable ALL JS optimization and deferring and or exclude the checkout URL from optimization entirely to test it. You may also test and clear the browser/server/CDN cache and try another browser.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.

Regarding your message, when audit tools flag “double head/body,” it’s usually a rendering/optimization artifact or a proxy/CDN injection, not an actual second document in your page. Elementor only prints markup inside <body> and enqueues assets via WordPress hooks. It won’t create another <head>/<body>. If you did add custom code in an Elementor HTML widget, just ensure it doesn’t include full document tags.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.
You can try the following: Elementor → Settings → PerformanceCSS Print Method = Internal Embedding (HEAD).
This removes the file dependency, so cleanup can’t break layout. Trade-off: larger HTML (usually fine when page caching is already in place).Ensure the page/HTML cache TTL is < 24h, or configure your cache/CDN to purge on post/theme/plugin updates so the cached HTML is refreshed promptly after Elementor’s cleanup.

Elementor rotates CSS periodically to prevent stale assets.

With long HTML caching, the cached page can still point to yesterday’s file after cleanup, hence the 404s messages.

    Pick either:

    • Inline (Internal Embedding) for the affected templates or
    • Keep external files and sync your cache purge when Elementor cleans CSS (we can provide a small snippet), or
    • Lower the HTML cache TTL/enable purge-on-update.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Regarding your message, this issue usually happens when the icon font isn’t loading for public users (or the CSS that assigns the font isn’t applied), star ratings use Font Awesome or eicons. Please try the following:

    1. Elementor settings
      • Go to Elementor → Settings → Advanced
        • Load Font AwesomeON
        • Inline Font Icons → try ON first (this inlines needed icons and bypasses CDN/CORS issues). If already ON, try OFF as a test.
      • Go to Elementor → ToolsRegenerate CSS & Data.
      • Clear all caches (plugin, server, CDN) and test logged-out.
    2. CSS print method
      • Elementor → Settings → Performance → CSS Print Method = Internal Embedding (temporary).
If this fixes it, a cache/minify layer was blocking the stylesheet that defines the icon font.

if the issue persists, please share the page url so we can take a closer look.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

If it helps, then you will need to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.

As per your message, it seems the header template display condition is configured to display the header on all pages.

Elementor has a feature called “Display Conditions” within its Theme Builder that is designed precisely for this kind of situation. It allows you to specify exactly where your header (or footer, or single post/page template) should appear.

Here’s how you can achieve what you’re looking for:Step-by-Step: Create a Test Header for a Specific Page

    1. Access Elementor Theme Builder:
      • From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Templates > Theme Builder.
      • Click on the “Header” section (or the “Add New” button and choose “Header” as the template type).
    2. Create Your New Header:
      • Click “Add New Header”.
      • Give it a name like “My Test Header” and click “Create Template”.
      • This will open the Elementor editor. Design your experimental header here.
    3. Set Display Conditions for the Test Page ONLY:
      • Once you’re happy with your design (or even if it’s just a placeholder for now), click the green “Publish” or “Update” button at the bottom left of the Elementor editor.A “Publish Settings” (or “Display Conditions”) pop-up will appear. If it’s a new header: It will ask “Where do you want to display your template?”.If it’s an existing header that’s already global: Click “Manage Conditions” or “Display Conditions” if you’re updating.
Now, configure the conditions carefully:How To Set Display Conditions for Global Templates | Elementor
      • Click “Add Condition”.
      • The first dropdown will say “Include”. Change this to Singular.
      • The second dropdown will default to All Singular. Change this to Pages.
      • The third field will become a search box. Start typing the name of your specific test page (e.g., “My Test Page”, “Sandbox Header”). Select your test page from the results.
      • Crucially, if you have an existing global header: You might need to add an “Exclude” condition to your original header template. Go back to your main/global header template in Theme Builder, edit its conditions, and add an Exclude condition for your test page. This ensures the test header takes precedence.
    4. Save & Close:
      • Click “Save & Close” in the Display Conditions pop-up.

Now, this “My Test Header” will only appear on your designated test page, allowing you to experiment freely without affecting the rest of your live site. All other pages will continue to show your original header. When Your Test Header is Ready to Go Live:

When you’re satisfied with your new header design and ready to make it live for everyone:

    1. Edit Your Test Header: Go back to Templates > Theme Builder, find “My Test Header”, and click “Edit with Elementor”.
    2. Adjust Display Conditions:
      • Click the green “Update” button at the bottom left.
      • Click “Display Conditions” (or the small arrow next to “Update” and then “Display Conditions”).
      • Change the condition from Singular > Pages > [Your Test Page] to Entire Site.
      • You might be prompted about overriding existing headers. Confirm this action.
    3. Remove Old Header (Optional but Recommended): Once your new header is applied to the “Entire Site”, you can safely delete your old global header template from Templates > Theme Builder to keep things tidy.

Please try this and let me know if you need more help.

Such layout issues that affects the front end but not the editor are often caused by cache, plugins or theme conflicts. You will need to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Three, for example and see if it makes any difference.

    Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.

Elementor itself does not control currency settings for WooCommerce or your shop. These are handled by your currency switcher plugin — in this case, FOX Currency Switcher.

That said, if their team suggested disabling AJAX pagination, this likely means their plugin uses URL-based reloading or server-side rendering, which may not work well with dynamic (AJAX) content loads.

To disable pagination on Elementor product widget:

    1. Edit the Product or Shop Page with Elementor.
    2. Select the Products widget or any listing widget being used.
    3. Go to the Pagination section.
    4. Switch the Pagination to no;
    5. Save and update the page.

If you’re using a Theme Builder Archive template, follow the same steps in the template editor. Recommendations:

Backup your site before any updates.

Test on a staging site, if available.

If you are a Pro user and need further assistance, please open a support ticket via Elementor account.

    Hi

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.

Based on our review, the error stems from Elementor trying to call a WooCommerce function (nonce_user_logged_out) that doesn’t actually exist. This is causing a fatal error that prevents your product pages from rendering properly, especially for non-logged-in users.

The issue likely originates from a customization or third-party code interacting with Elementor’s frontend rendering (get_doc_for_frontend()), or a possible leftover reference to a session function from a plugin or older WooCommerce hook that’s no longer valid.

    🔧 Recommended Actions

    1. Update Everything
Ensure that Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and WordPress are all fully updated to their latest versions.
    2. Check for Custom Code or Child Theme Hooks
If you or a developer added any custom functions or theme modifications related to sessions or nonce validation, these should be reviewed. The error specifically mentions WC_Session_Handler, which suggests session handling is being altered.
    3. Clear Cache
After any changes, please clear your site and browser cache to make sure changes are reflected.
    4. Enable Debug Logging
If the problem persists, enable WP_DEBUG_LOG to capture any further errors for diagnosis. You can share the log with us or your developer.

you can also try to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Three, for example and see if it makes any difference.<Please let me know if you need further assistance.
