Any news about this, is there any way to remove the icon when printing the pdf?

Hello again.

The error was fixed in previous versions of the plugin but, after upgrading to the latest version (2.2.9) it seems to happen again and, the icon of the pdf is showing in the generated page.

Could you please check it?

There´s any way to change the date format from “YYYY-mm-dd” to “dd-mm-YYYY”?
