On admin page when you are uploading videos you can manage that option. There is option How many videos you want to see on page? You can manage how many you wanted to see then you will see load more view more….

2. Only thing which is needing that is putting shortcode on the page where you want.
3. And for any other videos you can add link and put it under title or other word.Is It ok? Or any questions ?
