Thanks very much for that. Interestingly in the time since I originally posted, I was able to get things going again – I pressed the hosting service further and it seems we had a bit of a misunderstanding. There was also a bit of stupidity on my part regarding forwarding an email address to an account which apparently decided to start blocking it as spam.
BUT you’ve made me think that maybe even though this is fixed for the moment, I should be looking at another option anyway. Thank you!
