Hi, Herman.

I have updated the Starter Tempates to the version 3.5.7. The problem has been solved, the add page/post button is back normally and I am able to make a new page/post again by the button.

I have following your suggestions above but still have no luck. The add new page/post button still having error whenever Starter Templates plug-in active.
