Sorry for late Reply. Yes I still experience it. and also I need to change image of captcha so that i can send the form. Because it not automatically change upon submission and failure of submission of the form. Can you give a sample that is working?
Failed to send the Form it keep Sending the form and it takes forever (spinning arrow) Please reply a soon as possible. Thank you.

I Hope This Help. Try to Troubleshoot your Page. I think there is conflict between Send PDF for Contact Form 7 version 0.5.6 to your other plugin. Try to Deactivate some of your plugins(one by one till you find the Plugin that has a conflict with v0.5.6) and try sending it again. That’s what I did to Fix the Problem. Mine is the Postman Smtp is the Problem. Hope it helps.

Already Fix it. One of the Plugins I use is Outdated so it affect your Plugin resulting to Crash.
Another Question, Do your Image Header Work? Is there something i need to Input in My Pdf Code to show the Image Header>
