The issue is there is a modal overlay covering all the buttons. If you use Chrome Dev Tools or something similar, you can just delete the overlay and continue working like normal.
I redownloaded and still get the issue. After updating line 57 in wck.php to require_once(dirname(__FILE__).’/wck-template-api/wck-template-api.php’);, I was able to activate.
