I have kind of the same issue. The only red light I get from Page Speed is the “Leverage browser caching”.
I’ve enabled all the settings, but I’m not sure, what is missing. Cache Control Policy is set to “cache with max age”
I too have this, or a similar issue. The loading bar just keeps loading. Nothing more happens. I also experienced the same thing as roraz describes.
Does it have anything to do with pages, that have started like profiles, and then are converted to pages, because that is what I did.
