I have a similar problem. For some orders, the “new order” email for the seller is not send.
The only difference I found is in the order states.

In the meantime, I added a fake javascript “keyup” event after Woo’s “updated_checkout” event… It’s not clean code, but sometimes…

Même problème, ce qui a fini par marcher : dans les paramètres Up2pay, mettre l’option “Affichage des moyens de paiement” sur “Regroupé”.
