Thanks to Teo Alex’s advice, the problem seems to be solved.
I disabled the “Aruba HiSpeed ​​Cache” plugin (Aruba is the host provider), and Modula started to work correctly.
Even re-enabling the plugin, it still works.
It was definitely a cache issue.
