Could you please provide a link to your website? So that we can see what the URL looks like after sending the ticket?

Octrace Support has 2 shortcodes:
[octrace-support-request-form] – Request Ticket Form
[octrace-support-list] – Ticket List

We apologize that it took so long to fix this issue. Everything should be working correctly in version 1.2.4!
