    When you say “include it in future updates”, I presume it will not be soon, right ?

    If so, it will probably be faster to make change the data center to US than waiting for your update, right ?

    Hi !

    I cleared all the Fatal Error Logs to start clean. After that, I reproduced the error and it didn’t appear in the Fatal Error Logs.

    I also don’t need to clear my cookies, because I tested the problem on a private browser, my developer has the same problem and my client too.

    I’ll try “WP Control” first, which I didn’t know existed.

    If it doesn’t help, I’ll create another support ticket with ActiveCampaign.

    I suggest you don’t close the ticket so I can add the fix in the comment and maybe add the link to the support ticket of ActiveCampaign if that’s the problem.

    Hi ! I migrated the website before the bug happened. I just found out that it was the table woocommerce_sessions that was missing in the migration.

    I migrated the website again from staging to propduction, but this time with the sessions table. I fixed my problem.

    You’re right, there’s missing clarity to the instructions and there’s a bug that you found on the deletion of the plugin.

    But, you should probably have created a support ticket before affecting the reviews. Developers like me work really hard (and for FREE) to develop plugins like this. However, now that I know all that, I’ll improve the instructions and fix the bug you found.

    I didn’t develop the plugin Import Export Menus, so I don’t know if there’s an incompatibility. I tested the import on a fresh install with only the importer, A11y Kit and Font Awesome plugin.

    To help me debug, would you be able to send me the name of the theme and plugins installed. And maybe, create a staging website and create an admin access for me to debug.
