***Update***
The post that I had found in the wp_posts table was just a revision of the post. No sign of the post yet. Going to restore to when post existed, grab rows of the posts, restore back to today and import rows… Wish me luck. 🙂
I am also seeing the same on another site, 2 posts vanished. I queried the DB with the exact phrase of the post title and found in the database that the data exist on the wp_post table but not in the posts section of WordPress.
