Is there a way I can make it work on cart page? Even if I use Woocommerce blocks to add upsell on the cart page, it still doesn’t work, only on single product page.
To anyone else reading this, the « new page experience » was the problem. I reverted my Facebook to the old version and it worked again directly.
Hi,
No, page messaging is enabled and functional. I have another page, which hasn’t been switched to the new page experience, and I can set the chat properly with this one.
It really is the mew page experience that is causing trouble:

While waiting for you to update the plugin, is there some CSS I can use to deactivate it on mobile? Something like @media screen max:1024px that would disable it? Or something as simple as pointer-events: none; ?

Unfortunately customizing your plugin is a little over ly knowledge and I can’t seem to make it work. I would gladly pay you but I think 25$ is too much, considering people sell complete child themes for that price. For 10$ I would pay you now by Paypal.
