I have not received any replies. I tried to access my site using an FTP program. The install worked fine, but even the FTP program cannot access the site.
I installed Core FTP after several failed attempts to install Filezilla. That one kept going to a blank screen using windows explorer, which is not my browser, so I suspect that was part of the problem. I use Firefox as my browser. Anyway, now that I have installed an FTP program, from the site connection dialogue, I tried just going to my site, and also tried going to my site with the extension /wp-content/plugins. Neither is able to connect with my site.
Can someone please help me. My site is still up and running. I just can’t access anything in the dashboard, so I can’t do anything with my blog.
