Use notepad or something for edit *.sql file

find this
ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci;

and change
ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_general_ci;
