In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Reports can’t DownloadSorry the above info was for another ticket I have with CoDesigner crashing after updates. I deactivated all the plugins but left WP Mail Logging on and tried to download the report again. Nothing shows in the log so I don’t think it’s any plugin that is affecting this.
Nothing new in the log for fatal errors when I try to send report.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Reports can’t DownloadI made a staging site and disabled all the plugins. Upgraded CoDesigner to v4.7.17.2 and this went ok. I activated Elementor then CoDesigner but when I activated CoDesigner Pro I recieved message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”. The issue is with CoDesigner Pro v4.5.3

It just doesn’t get sent out. The report is also missing the header information at the top of the table like description, sku, # sold, # in inventory…

Emails do work as I can send a test email from the email customizer.

Also, the email being sent was captured by WP Mail Logging in the logs and is received in my email box. When I try to download my report from Analytics Reports nothing is sent and nothing shows in the Logs.

in the additional CSS tab at at [site]/wp-admin/customize.php and it fixed the issue but also added the solid border everywhere on the site. How can I make this affect only the one page?Hi I did an update last night which seems to have resolved the issue.

https://www.staging2.3dlabtech.ca/The Cart page I am using CoDesigner but when Elementor was updated the button disappeared. When I rolled back to 3.24.7 the button came back.
With recent updates in both Codesigner and Elementor the button came back but is pink in color. It does not follow the default button colors.
I have included 2 screen shots.
First image is from the production site before update and shows the Checkout button is there.

I have had many updates since then but nothing has triggered the incident again. I will keep monitoring and notify when it happens.

It has happened about 3 times now in maybe 6 months but not sure what triggers this. I am guessing it could be caused by an update but don’t know which one because there are so many updates all the time. I don’t notice this right away either and sometimes it’s customers that tell me because it’s intermittent.
I have about 100 product listings that are created as a Variable listing and around 90 of them will change to to Simple Product listing. I can’t seem to find what is common between these product listings and why only these change and not all of them. They are in different categories and have different tags the attributes used some are same and some are different.
Also after they have changed to Simple product listings I can still filter by Variable Products and find all the items I had as Variable Products even though some have changed to Simple Products. This is how I go through to fix each one manually. I go through and change them back to Variable Products and save updates about 90 times. Maybe about 10 I noticed were still Variable Products so not all of them changed.
I have no idea how to replicate the issue so I can’t record a video when it happens.
