    I have some ‘insight’:

This is the code for placing the Gravity Form (in DIVI):

    [fullsteam_GetClientCCToken]
    [gravityform id=”34″ title=”false”
    description=”false” ajax=”false”]

Notice that the client (a software developer of a Medical Billing system) put in the special code to ‘talk’ to their credit card company ( [fullsteam_GetClientCCToken] ). When I removed this one line of code, it saves without any problem.

Is there anything you see in this code that would ‘interact’ with Yoast in a bad way?

Thanks for your time on this.

    Maybellyne,

I forgot to mention that I disabled all plugins and then activated/disabled each one at a time.

No other plugin created the error all by itself or even all of them activated (EXCEPT for Yoast) had the problem.

Even when all were disabled and only Yoast was activated, it had the problem.

It is definitely an ‘issue’ with Yoast (and maybe with DIVI).

    Devnihil,
Thank you for your quick response.

No, we are not using WooCommerce. These are the plugins we are running (all the latest versions):

    – Classic Editor
    – Enable Media Replace
    – GDPR Cookie Consent
    – Gravity Forms
    – Handl UTM Grabber
    – Olark Live Chat
    – Redirection
    – Search Exclude
    – Simple Lightbox
    – Social Icons Widget (WPZOOM)
    – Titan Anti-spam
    – Velvet Blues Update URLs
    – Wordfence Security
    – WordPress Importer
    – WP Htaccess Editor
    – WP Rocket
    – WPS Hide Login
    – Yoast Duplicate Post
    – Yoast SEO

[ Reminder: As well as the latest WP (5.7.1) and DIVI (4.9.4.) ].

Yes, we have cleared the server cache (WPEngine has a ‘utility’ to do this) and cleared the WP-Rocket cache.

As a reminder, this is the ONLY page that this happens with (has this error).

Now, the client (who is a software developer of a medical billing system) did put some “Custom Fileds” in there:

    – dmp_css_selector_at_pagesexception_selected
    – dmp_css_selector_at_pagesexception_selected
    – dmp_css_selector_at_pages_selected
    – dmp_css_selector_at_pages_selected
    – dmp_customizeclosebtn
    – dmp_enabledesktop
    – dmp_enabledesktop
    – dmp_enablemobile
    – dmp_enable_arrow
    – dmp_enable_arrow
    – dmp_mpa_disabledesktop
    – dmp_mpa_disabledesktop
    – dmp_mpa_disablemobile
    – dmp_mpa_disablemobile
    – dmp_mpa_disabletablet
    – dmp_mpa_disabletablet

So, we created a new page by cloning a very simple “Contact us” page (that works just fine), and ‘turned off’ all of the WP-Rocket options for the page, and checked “Never cache this page.” It saved fine without the special Gravity Form.

However, after we placed the form (to update credit card info), it gave the saving error!

    Any ideas?

Thanks for your efforts on this!

    Ipstenu,

    Thanks for your quick response.

    The “live” site is ezclaim.com

WPEngine says they have a ‘proprietary cache (which, reading into it, it looks like they also use Varnish). [ Is there a way to check that out? ].

Is there a way to check out if your plugin is ‘restricting’ something with WPEngine’s cache?

    Thanks for your help.

    Rumejan,

Thanks for your quick response, but I asked ‘why’ this notice came up (since we didn’t change anything), what will it do to our XML sitemaps (will optimization change the XML maps), and should we do some kind of ‘back up’ of the XML map just in case (if something ‘bad’ happens)?

Just a bit ‘nervous’ about the optimization changing the XML maps in a ‘detrimental’ way for our client’s SEO.

    John,
    Thanks for the quick response.

Hmmm… It’s like a ‘switch’. We update the Redirection database, and the themes page goes crazy (the ONLY thing we do). Then, after ‘refreshing’ it to the previous ‘state’ (before the database update by copying it from Staging) it’s fine (but there is a ‘notice’ that we need to update the database again).

Do you think we should remove the current plugin and reinstall ‘fresh’? Do you think that might help?

If so, do we need to do some kind of “export” before deleting/removing the plugin?

    Thanks for your help.

    Pavel,

Yes, we looked at all the available icons you have, and there is not one similar to the local “networking” group’s icon that we want to put in there.

That’s okay. Maybe this can be an added function in a future release.

Thanks again for a great plugin!

    Pavel,

Thanks for being so responsive! Your code made it work!

One other question: Is there a way to ‘link’ to a custom icon that is not available in your library? This is an example that our previous widget allowed us to use for our previous Google “Places” page:
    https://visualimpact.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/themes/angular/images/icons/iconbox/google_places_logo-128.png

Thank you for a very well designed and easy-to-use plugin/widget!

    Daniel,
I created a “File Backup” only job, and ran it from the WP dashboard, and it completed correctly in 119 seconds. (Another job with: “WP XML Export” and “Database Backup” also ran successfully).

So, I waited a day for it to do it ‘automatically’—and it failed.

Just after I received the log below in my e-mail, I went into the WP dashboard and did “Run Now”, and i finished successfully in 88 seconds. Any ideas?
