In reply to: [Print, PDF, Email by PrintFriendly] Make icons biggerThis is not an answer to my question. And in my opinion, it is a user experience problem. Can you please answer whether you plan to improve the layout and size of icons? Maybe there will be an option for the user to adjust these parameters themselves? If you plan such a change, please let me know when? If you do not plan, please confirm this as well. I think that such information may be useful for other users of the Pro version or those who plan to buy it.
And here we are a year later. Nothing has changed!

In reply to: [Print, PDF, Email by PrintFriendly] Make icons biggerCould you please clarify whether this fix will be implemented? It’s about 10 minutes of work for a skilled developer! It’s really frustrating to have paid you for years for the Pro version and still be ignored.
We do not yet have the ability to open the unbranded PrintFriendly modal in a new window, but it is nearing the top of our backlog.
It’s been over half a year since I reported this problem and you promised to take care of it to implement such a change. For a good IT specialist it’s 1-2 days of work. It really seems to me that you don’t take your customers seriously.
After further analysis, it turned out that the problem was on the hosting company’s side. Thank you for your commitment to solving the problem.
Today I received confirmation from the hosting company that the debug mode did not show any errors. I also received logs that I can forward to you.
Another automated mailing was also sent today. It is still being sent, but after a few hours you can see that the emails are not being delivered again.
My subscriber list exceeds 12 000 addresses.
The list includes my 3 test addresses (in mailboxes from different providers) to which automated newsletters always arrived. And they stopped reaching these addresses at the same moment that the statistics started showing 0 clicked and 0 read.I contacted my hosting provider and php mail() function works fine. The logs don’t show any errors but they will trigger debug mode for me to investigate the problem further.
They offer a Smtp connection but limit is too low for my mailing list, so for now I would prefer to stick with php mail() method.
And one important update:
I mentioned that “I just did a delivery test in: Help -> System -> Delivery
Status says “SUCCESS” but the email never reached the recipient.”Actually, test e-mail arrived with some delay.
I also did delivery test in “Automated” section. It also arrived after several minutes.
Do you mean logs in: Help -> System -> Logs ?
I don’t see any errors or other suspicious events. But I can copy its content here if you wish.My delivery parameters are:
Speed 1030 emails per hour (my hosting provider limit is 25 000/ day)
Mailer wp_mail() WordPress function (could be extended by a SMTP plugin)
Engine lock 0
NEWSLETTER_CRON_INTERVAL 300 seconds
NEWSLETTER_SEND_DELAY 0 millisecondsI just did a delivery test in: Help -> System -> Delivery
Status says “SUCCESS” but the email never reached the recipient. It’s been almost 3 months and I still don’t see the print option in a new window. Do you already know when this feature will be available?
I’m waiting and waiting and waiting…
Unfortunately, I haven’t received a reply to my e-mail for several days, so I’m opening the thread again. You really should consider changing your approach to the support you offer to your clients.
Yes, I confirm that print preview works good now, but how about my first question:
1) I noticed that many users raise the issue of the inability to open a printout in a new window. This would be a very useful feature. Is it possible that you will add it to the plugin soon?
I’ve seen your other thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/expiry-widget-missing-with-classic-editor/ I installed the beta version of your plugin published there and I’m happy to inform that it also helped in my case. So now I am waiting for it to be released in the official update.
Maybe you are right Riza, but Avada is one of the most popular themes on WordPress, with more or less 1 000 000 active users. Therefore, I think it is also in your interest to solve this problem. Especially since it appeared after the PublishPress Future update, not the Avada update.
I changed the website theme for Twenty Twenty-Three with the same set of plugins and here everything works fine. So it looks like there is some kind of an issue when using Avada theme.
It’s amazing how many people report that Yoast is very slow, and all Support has to say is “It’s other plugins’ fault, check the conflicts.” They probably don’t care.
