Hello again @luboslives,
We have thoroughly tested the issue you have raised and were unable to reproduce it on our end. Additionally, we would like to mention that no one else has reported this issue except you.
Since this appears to be specific to your environment, please create a support ticket at support@pluginever.com and our developer will promptly look into it and get it resolved.
Hi @femmed0ll,
Thanks for reaching out.
Here’s how category images work in the showcase:
- If you select All Categories when creating a showcase, the plugin automatically pulls images from the default category settings based on your selected display limit.
- If you choose Specific Categories or add Additional Categories (when creating a slider), the image is taken from the category you select in the showcase settings.
To change a category image for Specific or Additional category, click the edit icon of the category in the showcase edit screen (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kjsS_P4X1zLX), click Add Image under Category Image, and then update the showcase. Your new image will appear.
If the issue continues, please contact us at support@pluginever.com. Our developer will assist you promptly.
Our team is actively working on implementing the secure file storage functionality, along with few other important enhancements to Ever Accounting. While we don’t have a precise release date just yet, please rest assured that this is a top priority for us, and we’re committed to rolling out an update as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for your kind review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the persistent “Flash Sale” notice — we completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially if you’re not interested in the premium version.
This issue is likely related to heavy caching or transient cache on your website, which may be preventing the notice from disappearing as expected. We’ve come across similar cases in the past, and our team has already implemented a fix for it.
We’d love the opportunity to resolve this for you quickly. If you could please reach out to us through our contact form, we’ll personally make sure the notice is removed from your site.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback — it helps us make the plugin better for everyone. If we’re able to resolve this to your satisfaction, we’d be grateful if you could consider updating your review. Your support means a lot to us!
Warm Regards.
ThanksThank you for reaching out!
You have mentioned that you’re using version 5.2.3 of the plugin. Could you kindly double-check the plugin version currently installed on your site? The version number you’ve shared doesn’t seem to match any release from our plugin, so we’d love to clarify that to assist you better.
Also, could you kindly share a screenshot of the plugin’s settings page for one of the affected products? This will help us better understand your current configuration and identify what might be causing the issue.
Once we have that information, we’ll be able to provide more specific guidance.
Looking forward to your response!
Warm regards.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of this issue, and our development team is actively working on a resolution. Our goal is to implement a secure file storage solution, and we hope to release an update very soon to address this.
We appreciate your patience and support. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Hi Ron,
Thank you for reaching out! Currently, Ever Accounting doesn’t support automatic balance updates from Stripe transactions. Balances need to be updated manually after recording the payments.
If you need help setting things up or understanding any features, feel free to ask — we’re happy to assist!
Best regards.
Thank you for reaching out.
It looks like you might be facing a server issue, as the errors indicate that the requested CSS and JS files are not being served with the correct MIME type. This can sometimes happen due to incorrect server configurations or caching issues. However, to resolve the issue quickly, please reach out to us on live support from our website. Our team will be happy to assist you in troubleshooting and fixing the problem.
Thank you for clarifying the scenario.
In the free version, you can add only one key at a time. The key format we mentioned (e.g.,
4CE0460D0G-4CE0460D1G-4CE0460D2G) refers to a single key, not multiple separate keys. If you have 50 unique keys, you will need to add them individually, selecting the specific product each time. Also, please ensure that the “Sell Keys” option is enabled from the Serial Numbers tab of the Edit Product page.
For reference, you can check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WyyujYDCXRFH
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hello Rubén,
Thank you for reaching out.
In the free version of our plugin, each key is treated as unique, and it is not possible to add multiple identical keys to a specific product.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
Stock management was not handled in our plugin until the latest release. In the most recent update, we have introduced this functionality. You can now enable stock management for key-enabled products by navigating to:
Serial Numbers → Settings → General → Manage Stocks
Please note:
- This feature works only when the key source is set to “Manually Added” and stock management is enabled for the product.
- Variable products are not supported at this time.
To resolve the issue for your products:
- Go to Edit Product
- Click on the Inventory tab
- Enable Stock Management
- The quantity will then sync with the stock properly.

In reply to: [Autocomplete Orders for WooCommerce] The plugin adds a admin noticeWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the admin notice. The WordPress ecosystem provides a flexible and open environment for plugin developers but offers limited built-in channels for directly communicating important updates and promotions to users. Since developing and maintaining free plugins requires continuous resources, utilizing admin notices becomes a necessary and effective way to share critical information, ensure user engagement, and sustain ongoing development efforts. However, we understand your concern regarding the frequency of the notice, and we will take this into consideration to reduce how often it appears. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate your support.
