I’m seeing this problem on my development machine using 0.12.5 Response is 400.
I’m also seeing this console error:

WP 4.3I too, am running in a subdir off localhost (if that matters).
Just wanted to add: I’m getting the same “deprecated since” warnings but the plugin is still working for me.
