Yes I understand the sync option is in the future requests – my question was where in the plugin (ie which class) controls the sync so we can code something ourselves. We have the skills in house to do this and to be honest cannot wait for the feature request as our client requires a solution ASAP.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you. We did upgrade but still had the same issue.
We submitted a report to our hosting company as we were starting to receive “too many redirect” issues from react.
Not sure what they did but I can confirm we are all working now.
I suspect this may have been a PHP setup issue on the server.Thank you for your help & investigation!
