Ok, i managed to solve this one.
In wp_#_posts make sure that your ID is AUTO_INCREMENT and not default 0.
This was because i had to import the content from the base page.
Remember kids, dont play with fire 🙂

When i create a new site the upload works with this new site.
Something definitly will be with the db of this site..
Do you have any tipps wich option can change the behavior of the upload?

Now i see, that there is no sign of the upload in postmeta..
Any idea why this could be?
