Thanks @gappiah and @benniledl.

Somehow the site I created was outside of multisites so I deleted it and created it again and now everything is working normally.

There are two new questions that came up with this, I don’t know if I should put it here or in a new post, but it’s the following.

1 – How can I pass the products already listed on the main site to the child sites?

2 – How can I use the same theme as the main site for the child sites?

Because my intention is to have versions of my website for the United States and for Brazil, everything will be the same, with the exception of languages, payment gateways and some plugins.
