Is there a way to share the screenshot privately?
OK I’m working on the video option. I was able to get the 2nd shortcode to work with 5/5 images perfectly. So I cloned that one to redo the 1st shortcode again, and when I get to 4/5 images, it’s great, but as soon as I go to add the 5th, it breaks, but ONLY on the new shortcode (whether made fresh, or cloned from the working 5/5 one) – the 10 images are different, so I’m wondering if it’s the 10th image file itself causing the crash? I will try one more time with a different 5th image to see…
To give more context, the 4/5 works perfectly, and as soon as I change the image for the 5th box, it disappears from the preview window in your plugin settings section, then everything gets resized to ridiculous image sizes (vertically) and the same error appears.

Yes, I’ve tried many, however the one I’d like to use (x2) is Effect 6 2nd.

OK, so here’s the latest. I uploaded a preview mode of 4/5 images and it was working fairly well, except it went to a vertical layout instead of horizontal, but perhaps I didn’t save those changes.
So I went back to edit the layout and add the 5th image, then it went to the following error in the plugin settings window:

I entered preview mode during this time and the effect on my site was a crashed layout just like before.

Thank you for your quick reply. I see that your site link is now working for the upgrade, however the saved short codes I had were still glitching. I will delete all previous codes and start from scratch and let you know.

I’m very confused by your message. I originally replied to another resolved thread titled: Please Look at this issue found under Flipbox – Awesomes Flip Boxes Image Overlay because I had the SAME fatal error described by the person posting, on the SAME plugin, on the SAME day they had it (I just posted the next day as I went to my hosting provider for resolution first), and you we aware of the issue because your reply stated that you had already updated the plugin since to resolve the issue.
You requested that I submit a new thread – I don’t use these threads often so I did one in the wrong place, however still clearly named the thread: Fatal Error – Awesomes Flip Boxes Image Overlay Update Failed and advised that my system already shows the updated version (Version 2.10.4) upon my second attempt at update (which DID NOT resolve my issue) so I had NO choice but to deactivate the plugin as it breaks the formatting of 3 pages of my site (including the home page) when active – which I also explained above.
Yes, I ALSO use the accordion plugin, which has ZERO issues, however this is not the reason for my post (nor do I reference it anywhere above) and I would like to have your assistance to repair your Flipbox plugin so that I may reactivate it and use it again.
So to reiterate – my site is “working” however your FLIPBOX plugin Awesomes Flip Boxes Image Overlay is deactivated, because if I activate it, it kills 3 of my pages. My site is e-com and cannot be down for long. Should you wish me to temporarily reactivate it for troubleshooting, it would have to be done together for a very short interval.
You can see where the plugin should be by viewing the main page and seeing the sections:

Which have no content between or underneath them, as the flip boxes with photos should take up the space.
I’d really appreciate the help because this is a 5 day old issue now and I contacted you 4 days ago for assistance. Thanks!

Hello I also received the fatal error (plugin failed update first time, killed site unbeknownst to me for hours, updated plugin again “successfully”, but did not resolve problems on the site.) and attempted to rollback my site and the plugin is showing as newest version but anytime this plugin is activated, the site formatting goes haywire. If deactivated, the site works fine, but no flip boxes of course. Please assist. Thanks!
