Hi @gonzaar, thanks for flagging this, we’ll fix it in the following release.
The menu item is currently visible to users with the “activate_plugins” capability. Once connected to a HubSpot portal, it’ll be visible to everybody.
If you don’t want to wait, you could give the “activate_plugins” capability to subsite admins from the multisite’s network settings (Menu Settings -> Enable administration menus -> Plugin).

In reply to: [HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat] Delete a lead flowYou can’t delete a Lead Flow yet, but we’re working on it. As of now, just disable the Lead Flow in your dashboard and it will no longer be active.
