In reply to: [WooCommerce] All Woocommerce pages fading before they loadHi @0108daniel,
As mentioned above, this doesn’t seem to be a WooCommerce-related issue since the behavior happens happens on all the pages on the site. And if the problem persists even with all plugins disabled, that would point to it being an issue with a theme. Some quick recommendations:
- Clear the cache for any performance plugins
- Reach out to the developers of Elementor to ask if they have any experience with issues like this, as as we do not support 3rd party plugins or themes in this forum.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] All Woocommerce pages fading before they loadHi @0108daniel,
Do you have Elementor installed on the site? Looking at the page source, there appear to be Elementor transitions enabled:<e-page-transition preloader-type="image"and.elementor-kit-20 e-page-transition
If so, you may be able to disabled them: https://elementor.com/help/page-transitions/

In reply to: [WooCommerce Analytics] We’re preparing your data – stuckHi again @retrodeed,
We restarted the full data synchronization from zero, but it has stalled again – there seems to be an issue with the data itself. If you could provide the WooCommerce status logs as requested previously by @mahfuzurwp, that might help us identify the exact issue.
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce Analytics] We’re preparing your data – stuckHi @retrodeed,
I’ve tried to stop and restart the sync, but still nothing happens.
Just to clarify, was this using the tool in WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce Analytics data synchronization?
At any rate, it does look like the full data synchronization stalled on your store without completing, so we’re going to restart the process manually. Please give it a few hours to process your order data again.
Cheers,

In reply to: [WooCommerce Analytics] Slow down the site a lotHi Jesper,
Thanks for reaching out! Could you specify where on your site you’re noticing the slowdown?
Also, to help us troubleshoot, could you please share your site’s System Status Report. You can paste it into Pastebin and share the link here.
Regards,
JustinHi @johan_walter,
You can find Order Attribution tracking information here: https://woocommerce.com/document/order-attribution-tracking/
And information about Order Attribution reports here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/order-attribution-report/#the-order-attribution-reports

Hi @johan_walter,
We’re investigating to see if we can reproduce or identify the cause of the intermittent issue. Once syncing completes, if you continue to see the error, please write again. In the meantime, would you be able to tell us versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Analytics and PHP? Do you have the Jetpack plugin installed or connected?
I’ve also made a note of the long sync time, as it’s an area that we’ve already identified for improvement.
Regards
Thank you for those clarifications, we are trying to reproduce the issue. When you are able to view the loading screen, what does it look like? Hourglass image or spinner?

Hello @johan_walter,
Thanks for reaching out, it sounds like you’re unable to view the order attribution report. Can you clarify a few points:
- Have you re-enabled “Analytics” and “Order Attribution” in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features?
- Were you ever able to view the report (or authorization screen)?
- Is the URL you’re trying to access one of
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Forder-attribution…or/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/analytics/order-attribution?
Regards,
JustinHi @nikov,
Thank you for raising this question, and apologies for the confusion. It seems there was some inaccurate information in the plugin description about how the data connection and sync work. This was due to references to future features we’re developing for the plugin.
As you pointed out, data sharing is not optional at the moment.
We’ve updated the plugin description to clarify this. Apologies again for any confusion this may have caused, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Regards

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook Integration Error – 400 Bad RequestHi @aijazmahdavi, thanks for following up.
The issue concerns a configuration setting in the WooCommerce Integration app on Facebook. We’ve updated the setting, but the authorization process doesn’t seem to reflect this change yet. We’ve reached out to Meta to ask for clarification.
In the meantime, we’ve added a workaround on GitHub that should do the trick: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2795#issuecomment-2443797016
