You are using the premium version of Mailster which has a different channel for support.
As a side note: We offer support to clients (here or in the premium channels) who maintain business lines of communication and do not blackmail with ratings and bad behavior, as you did all those years.Best regards.

This plugin is an integration add-on for Mailjet in Mailster. In other words, to use this service as a delivery method in Mailster.
