Thought I’d chime in, as I’m experiencing the same issues––the new Subscribe2 is no longer sending emails. I am, however, still getting the option to choose Send emails for each Post. Doesn’t function, though.
Another thing that’s puzzling–– in the Send Email menu option (beneath the Settings tab) if I choose to send to All Users and Subscribers, it won’t hold it, but reverts back to Registered Users. ??

When using the Embed Media Player option from the Add Media page––

the player buffers continually but won’t play the file.
Elsewhere on the site Audio Player works fine but the code is like this:
[audio:http://www.lewesvoiceworks.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Drinking-Catches-1.mp3|titles=Purcell Catch No. 1]
How can I get the Embed dropdown option to work correctly?
