KateEverything else migrated perfectly except this plugin, and unfortunately we are not able re-migrate the site at this stage so I am going to mark this thread as resolved as I don’t think it’s worth you spending any more time on it than you already have.
I appreciate the time and effort you’ve put in and how responsive you’ve been – it’s a great plugin, did exactly what we wanted, I am guessing there was just some glitch somewhere when we migrated that stopped it worked and stopped it being able to be reinstalled properly.The plugin was transferred over from the staging site… perhaps something went wrong during the transfer?
When we realised it wasn’t working we tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not luck.Thanks for getting back to me so quickly… unfortunately we’ve had to remove the plugin and use an alternative. But it was Publisher Press Authors Version 4.7.6. No other Publish press plugins installed, and troubleshooting by turning off all other plugins on the site didn’t resolve it… just in case that helps anyone else having the same issue.
I’m having the same issue… it’s turned off the information but still showing the ‘by’ and the dot that separates the date. I understand that this is coming from the theme (using kadence) but is there any work around?

I’m assuming it should work like that because that is how my other subdomain works…
That address http://picklebums.com/shop/ is picking up the formatting and theme of the wp install on the subdomain so it appears to be accessing the subdomain somehow?
I don’t think I want a multi site install as I don’t want to mess with my current blog… I just want to add one separate install so I can keep stats and info separate for the shop site.
Any insight into why this subdomain is acting differently to my other one for my test site would be greatly appreciated.

The problem was that the in built WP image links weren’t being added even when I added them! They worked if I deactivated the gallery plugin… but in the end an update to wordpress seemed to fix it, so just a glitch I expect.

I was hoping I could track stats separately depending on how I installed the scripts etc but also wondered about ranking such as google and alexia when it came to subdirectories. So thanks for sorting that out!
Now to wrap my brain about how to make it all work!

I have the same issue… except that I can login to stats via my dashboard on my father’s PC but not on my own… it just keeps displaying the wordpress.com signin screen.
Driving me nuts!
