• The labels require a full match now, in the past this could be a partial match but this would make it so that if the labels “without discount” and “discount” were to exist, “discount” would match both. For this to work properly the courses need to either have the tag “bhv” or the slug needs to be changed to the full tag.
  • We have setup a course custom post type with course categories with slugs vca, bvh, etc. The purpose of this setup is to fetch the related courses from that tag/label on the category page. How should we know what labels are being used on Planaday platform? Is there any method to see them on WordPress or it can only be visible on the Planaday dashboard. Right now I don’t have access to the client’s Planaday account that’s why I am just guessing the tag/label names based on their name.
• The link for the course page should still be made in the “yourdomain.com/yourSelectedPage/{courseId}/{courseTitle}”. Can you check for us if the detail/booking page is set as the “detailpagina” under “cursus instellingen” -> “Detail”?
  • Yes, the details page selection is already there. Everything was working perfectly until the new update. What else can be done? Do I need to adjust the settings anywhere on the plugins settings page except that details page selection? Note: I also saved the permalink settings. http://prntscr.com/ekde-tV_O7lD
    The user friendly URL works when loading directly from the browser’s address bar but the issue is the buttons on the course card doesn’t update the URL. It still appends query string like /cursus-boeken/?padc-course-id=2440?. The button should generate URL like this /cursus-boeken/2440/bhv-basis-met-e-learning/ We are trying to build a breadcrumb based on URL https://prnt.sc/JBGH__D5mZHE
• We’ll look into the database and this link issue today and will send an update when these are fixed. For the database we’ll add a button to rebuild these and hope that this fixes the 504 issue.
  • Thank you. I hope the issues will be resolved soon because we already setup things and customised the features as per our need and now things are broken it’s really hard to convince the client. They don’t understand the technical part of the plugins/functionalities.

The contact form works now. I am not sure what made it work, either excluding CF7’s js file or the client asked the Bluehost support team to configure the server to allow the contact form 7 to work properly.

Thank you for your reply. Well, I tried excluding contact form 7’s js file from the cache plugin. But, it’s still not working 🙁 The form’s ajax doesn’t work instead it loads the page and all the validations happen.

This is not a reasonable answer from the dev team. Okay, I suppose the theme I developed is not complete. What about the default storefront theme? So, you will say the similar thing again? I also tried switching to the storefront theme but the same issue was showing. If you have checked my email properly I had attached a screenshot of the file with the error. Instead of trying to fix the issue you been saying me to develop the theme properly. The theme is fine, it works with almost all plugins.
