I sent the diagnostics report and received the message “Diagnostic report has been sent successfully”. So you should receive it shortly.

Our site is not hosted by Cloudways. Our host is PAIR Networks. Is there anything else it might be? I would like to optimize the firewall.

Thanks for your help with this. Adjusting the WP Super Cache as you suggested seems to have worked. Every now and then I notice the feed disapearing like before. Howerver, it is always for just a second and then a refresh fixes the issue. It short and the fix seems automatic. So its not perfect but it is much better than before and I doubt many users will even notice.
You were very helpful through all this. Thanks again!

Hi Milan,
That is strange it should work. That is the correct URL.
I just tried it and it works for me. Please try again and let me know if you receive any specific error message, I will try and research.
Thanks,
Greg
Just more information in case I am describing this incorrectly. The header I am talking about is where the logo and menu resides on top of every page. When you look at the page in the demo https://demo.themegrill.com/himalayas/ The area is much narrower than what I have. That is what I want. Right now the header takes up what looks like almost two inches. That’s way to thick and I do not need that much space and it looks terrible. It looks nothing like the demo page above.
I am hoping its something easy I am missing. Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: WordPress Site Admin not workingThanks, I checked and I do not have an .htaccess file within the wp-admin directory. I think I am looking at an actual WordPress corruption. This is concerning becuase I have no idea how this happend. No changes or development has been done on this site for months.
In any event, I do have a cloaned site that I use to test upgrades etc. That site is working fine. Any idea of the proper procedure for moving my cloned site cloan.sca-recovery.org to my live location http://www.sca-recovery.org??
I have never actually done that, but I think i may be my best option given the fact I have no idea what is gping on.

In reply to: WordPress Site Admin not workingIt seems as if it accepts my username and password and then brings up the correct URL but the page is blank
If I bring up the site itself, it loads and I have the black band on the top as if I can choose the dashboard and edit a page, (It seams as if I am signed on) but I am unable to do choose dashboard or edit. When I do, I come up with another black page.
There is definitly an issue, but I just do not know how to figure out what it going on or how to fix it.

In reply to: HTML Anchors and Stationary HeadersThanks for your reply. If I remove the stickiness, then the menu disappears and the user must scroll to the top manually in order to easily get to another section. If I place the anchors higher up, I’m not sure how that will be handled by different browsers and will that all translate well to mobile devices etc.
Oh well, perhaps I just used the wrong template and must look for another that handles such an issue better.
Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: [Himalayas] Excellent SupportI am using the Himalayas them to develop a new site. It will be a single page theme where I have defined several HTML anchors on the page so that users can jump from one section to another using the header menu.
The problem is that when it scrolls part of the page slides under the menu since its a stationary menu. This presents an issue, becuase all of my anchor tag locations get hidden under the menu and it would be confusing to the user of the site. Is there any code I can use to offset the scrolling so that when a user clicks on the menu choice, the screen scrolls up and stops scrolling before the HTML anchor location slides under them menu?
Hope I am making sense.

In reply to: [12 Step Meeting List] Upgraded Meeting List PluginThanks,
I went ahead and edited the Tuesday “Literature Round Robin” Meeting and that worked. I am not sure why it worked, but it did. I guess the remedy is to go into all records and do an edit???
I have not tried switching to mapbox, but I will later today and I will let you know how that goes. If I do that do I need to remove the Google API key??
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [12 Step Meeting List] Upgraded Meeting List PluginRenaming those files has certainly helped. It seems to work much better. But I still think there is an issue of some sort. When I click on the MAP tab, not all of the meetings from the list seem to appear on the map. Also if I go back to list and then choose MAP again, the map appears blank.
Also when I click on the Directions button, while in the individual meeting screen, that does not work consistently. Also intermittently, the map does not appear on the individual meeting screen. . Only a blank beige screen where the map should be. Its very strange., becuase on other records it works fine.
