この通知は、i18n読み込み時に他のプラグイン問題も関係してます。
当方の環境では、woocommerce for japanのエラーは確認されませんでしたが、此方他のプラグインの影響により、WooCommerce本体の関係したエラー出力もありますので、解決は難しいかと思われます。PHPログはそう気にしなくても良いかと思います。
