Thx, please add to your list

    • the fact that on cart and checkout page the VAT is not included in the price when shown in the additional information about “recurring payments”, that is, at least when Woocommerce settings show prices entered without VAT but shown on frontend with VAT. Now users get confused as they see different pricing for the first purchase and its recurring payments ( btw I’ve checked that price with VAT is charged on recurring payment although being shown without VAT).

Update: I got it to work : an automatic renewal and stripe charge, it creates a new order in woocommerce, the subscription is updated and I can see the new transaction in the stripe dashboard (although with a delay of a few hours after expiration). So, yes, the recurring payment as advertised in the plugin seems to work. Documentation and plugin have improved since the beginning so it guides you much better now. Follow it strictly.

The problem still exists. Altough Renewal toggle by Customer is disabled in settings, customer can still deactivate automatic renewal in the table, row Action as displayed in detailed info on a Subscription ( My account, my subscriptions, overview, select one).

    Hi,

This does not look to be solved in the last few releases, right ?

Forget to say: once ordered the user gets on screen the order overview with data including subscription details, among others data like “Status” (active), “Recurrent total”, “next payment due”. This amount in the recurrent total is also without VAT.

The same goes for the user’s Subscriptions tab in My Account where a table is presented with subscription data like Subscription id, Product, Status, Next Payment Date, Actions and Total. Here the total is also without VAT.

    Hi,

Let me drop in on these thread that started with a different topic initially and published here one month ago. Unfortunately no reply was given until now David addresses a main problem and put a negative comment. I do not share all his words chosen however it is also clear to me that the plugin does not do , at least not now , what it promises and how it is advertised: auto renewal of subscriptions integrated with Stripe. This is to me indeed misleading as the prime functionality does not work. I’m using woocommerce and followed the instructions of the authors as to which plugin to use for the woocommerce integration with Stripe, have set up Stripe sandbox environment and other transactions using Stripe are working so it can not be our configuration of Stripe. If the authors state that many other users are succesfully running the auto-renewal with Stripe, it should not take too much time neither to pin down on the problem.

On the other hand, I assume that it is in the utmost interest of the authors to get good reviews which one gets by complying with what is advertised, having a good helpdesk behind when things fail or turn up to be a bit different than mainstream, and be communicative to the customers. Recognizing that things are not as it should, is a good step, but one would not expect this would affect prime functionality. Indeed the plugin is new, and things will pop up, – we know that when a plugin is new-, but in this case prime functionality must be solved soon. It is all about expectations management.

In my view, this plugin is promising in itself if it indeed does what the authors promise. Both from a functionality point of view, simplicity point of view and from an economic point of view the plugin might grow into a good one. Nonetheless, something has to change soon to satisfy the customer otherwise it might go against.

I want to wait another month, but if no working solution is offered on the Stripe auto renewal process I also want a refund as the plugin does not do what it promises nonetheless was the basis of why we purchased it ( in July 2025).

Hope to reading from you soon here too about the original topic ie the auto toggle setting (set to disable) which seems no to be taken into account on the frontend (keeps appearing and user can interfere in stopping the subscription which should not appear when disabled). I will add a new topic here about emails sent and not sent, which also requires attention.

Thank you too for your patience with us, and let’s collaborate to get the best out of it.

Same thing here. Love to know what the solution is. I had to deactivate OMGF plugin to clear the problem the fast way. Error info showed up only after setting WP_DEBUG and looking in the debug.log file; In ordinairy logs I see an 500 but with GET /?utm_campaign but no further info.

The following was thrown after accessing via a google ad https://sitename/?utm_campaign ……. url causing a 500 error to google. Site itself works like a charm
