Yes, you’ll need a paid button license to unlock all customization features, such as button positioning, greeting messages, animations, and removing the branding link.

Sorry for the late reply.

At the moment, it’s not possible to open the chatbot automatically. However, you can set up a custom Greeting Message (requires a button license) like this:
