Make sure you don’t add any other extension in 3DPrint settings, File Upload tab.
FIles get uploaded to /wp-content/uploads/p3d/ folder. Please check if it has files other than ones mentioned above.

However the paid version of the plugin requires the “experimental block editor” of WooCommerce to be turned off.

Please use FTP client or any file manager to check if the file existing by the given path.
If it does not try uploading it manually.
