In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Cloudflare DNS – Proxied or not?Hi Kush,
I have resolved this.
The issue was although Siteground was set to not use Dynamic cache it still did. Asking support they said the method to stop dynamic cache completely was to add private do not cache in .htaccess. However that also stopped Super page cache from caching.
The solution was to get their support to add code on their side to specifically turn off Dynamic cache completely without setting the pages to private do not cache.
The result is we now have Cloudflare page cache showing HIT and super fast load time but without the server dynamic cache causing styling issues as it argued with your one.
thank you for your time on this.
Marcus

In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Cloudflare DNS – Proxied or not?I can see you should have it proxied.
Does setting the cache control to private in htaccess stop it working correctly? I just wanted to stop the server page cache causing issue not your caching
resetting sitekit worked. Thank you!
resetting worked. thank you
its is ok, this was a false positive
Fixed it. Apologies, It turns out it is Elementor/Woo issue. When using Woo with Elementor you are supposed to make a template for the shop page as it crashes when you try to edit the designated shop page. (although this has never happened to me on other installs)
What is super odd in this situation is it worked and let me edit the normal page (for over 6 months). but then it suddenly started not letting me fully edit nor show shortcodes.
I have now made a template for the shop page and this now works perfectly again.
Thank you for your time on this. Have a great day Illid.
Hopefully this may help others in the same situation.
Yes we are using the shortcode block in Elementor. It was working perfectly then stopped. I have tried deactivating all plugins. Removing all custom css; but the issue persists.
If i use the shortcode in Elementor on any other page eg: https://ravenrecordshop.com/shop-search/ then the search works perfectly.
If i go into woo and choose a different page to be the shop page then the search reappears.
So it seems to be when you select a page to be the shop page in Woo that determines whether it shows or not. (unless I am diagnosing this wrong) Which seems an odd conflict as it is a woo product search. π
Solved it. It was toggled off on live on the button setting. It defaulted on on the staging.
All working. many thanks for your help
I have it working on staging but not live.
Live is connected to app.
We have GCM button turned on in app. Both have plugin added and configured. Both have script in header.
Neither have additional GTM script (we are not using Tag on either).
Does live need GTM script (step3) as the live domain is set up at Google or is there another reason the customise button is not showing on live?
I have seen this doc which seems to be what we are after: https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/google-consent-mode-v2-integration-with-cookieyes-wordpress-plugin/
However the instructions say to go to the web app and make changes there but when i go i get this message instead:

In reply to: [Alphabetic Pagination] custom fontsHi Fahad,
I understand you feel I have just posted this without doing any troubleshooting myself. This is not the case here though. I have spent a number of days on this issue. I am fairly sure it is not a cache issue. (I have cleared server cache/cloudflare/local/ There are no other caching plugins. I still have the issue. I have been speaking to Brainstorm force for a number of weeks as I suspected it was an issue with their theme Astra or their Custom Font plugin. They suspected a conflict or error with the Alphabetical pagination plugin. This is why I messaged you. I have gone back to them with your reply as your reply sounded possible regarding an old plugin getting cached or autoloaded. I have checked autoload and can’t see any old font calls from a defunct plugin. There isn’t a cache issue either.
They have replied after testing your plugin on a completely new install with no cache to see if we still have the error and we do.
This is using Astra theme, woo, and custom fonts. So I am fairly sure at this point we are not looking at an old plugin or cache issue in this case.
So I think there is definitely an issue with Astra and Alphabetical Pagination. Do you have any other suggestion of how I might get the plugin to work with Astra? I really like the plugin and Astra is one of the most popular themes and I would rather not swop either out if we could get it resolved.
Apologies again if it looked like I had just posted a problem and just expected you to research it for me.
it said it worked. But i tried to set up the new email access but when i tried to set it up using the site I have just granted them access to i get:
There is no access to add a new service.
it is ok, it took a while to update. It is working now
