Hello @tsaluca ,
Thank you for reaching out and providing all those details. We’re glad to hear you find the plugin great despite this hiccup.
To better understand and troubleshoot the issue, could you please share a link to your site? Alternatively, if possible, please provide a copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin so we can replicate your setup and investigate further.
Once we have access, we’ll do our best to track down the problem and get everything running smoothly again!
Best regards,
MarcHello @bonaldi ,
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the issue with unchecking the support button not disabling the specific line of code, we have already provided a patch that resolves this issue. Please ensure you’re using the latest version with this patch applied.
As for the error message:
“Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the captcha-for-contact-form-7 domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. (This message was added in version 6.7.0)”
I couldn’t reproduce this error in a new environment using a fresh installation. If possible, could you provide us with a copy of the page or a backup of your setup? This would allow us to test it directly in our environment and identify the issue more effectively.
Looking forward to your response!
Best Regards
MarcHello @bonaldi ,
Thank you for pointing that out. Could you please check if you have already installed the latest version released today? I will also review our development environment tomorrow to ensure everything is working as expected. Let me know if you notice anything else in the meantime!
Best Regards
MarcHello @deltoro1985 ,
We identified an issue in version 2.0.681 that caused the support link to always be displayed, regardless of the settings. This has been resolved in the latest version, and the option should now work correctly if disabled in the settings.
Please update to the latest version and let us know if you encounter any further issues.
Best regards,
MarcHello @mathiasmarceaux ,
We’ve updated the code to eliminate the deprecated notice. Please note that this function will be completely removed in a future update.Best Regards
MarcHello @senjoralfonso ,
Thank you for your question.
Currently, we do not support restricting CSS to only load on pages with Contact Form 7, as our solution is designed to support a variety of plugins using Captcha protection.
If you need more granular control, you can use plugins like Asset CleanUp to selectively disable scripts and styles on specific pages. This will allow you to optimize your site’s performance as needed.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
MarcHello @stoffelg ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve recently added functions that allow you to bypass Captcha verification for administrators and logged-in users. You can enable these options directly within the plugin settings.
Please update to the latest version and check the settings to ensure the bypass options are activated. Let us know if you need further assistance!
Best regards,
Hello @bonaldi
This issue has been resolved in Version 2.0.682. Please feel free to let me know if you continue to experience any problems.Best Regards
MarcHello @wordprester,
I’m not having the issue. Can you check if you have the blacklist enabled? Depending on the size, it may affect the speed of the page when submitting forms. Also – could you provide a copy of the page using a duplicator or similar so we can check if the issue is plugin related?
Best Regards
MarcHello @bonaldi,
Yes, the plugin is still actively supported and updated. 😊 Since we are a small team, there can occasionally be some delays—especially during holiday periods, such as over Christmas. However, we are committed to addressing inquiries as quickly as possible and continuously improving the plugin.
Thank you for your understanding and patience! If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 🙌
Best Regards,
MarcHello @deltoro1985.
The link you mentioned is part of the “Support Us” feature included in the plugin. It’s worth noting that the user of the plugin has full control over this. If you’d prefer not to display the link, you can easily disable it within the plugin settings by turning off the “Support us” option.
This feature is completely optional and aims to provide an unobtrusive way to support the development and maintenance of the plugin. If you have any additional questions or need assistance with the settings, feel free to reach out! 😊
Best Regards
MarcHi Franz,
Thank you for reaching out.
Have you tried logging the error using the WP Mail Logging plugin? It can help identify if the email is being sent but not delivered or if there’s an issue in the process.
Additionally, I recommend checking out the guide on this page: https://www.forge12.com/blog/so-verwendest-du-das-double-opt-in-fuer-contact-form-7/. It provides helpful steps to resolve such issues.
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Best regards,
MarcHello @sghosh,
I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the DoubleOptin feature in your Avada form. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose the problem:
- Check for Captcha Plugins:
- Ensure that you’re not using any captcha plugins that might be interfering with the sending of opt-in emails. Sometimes, captcha plugins can prevent certain emails from being dispatched properly.
- Install WP Mail Logging:
- Install the WP Mail Logging plugin to monitor your outgoing emails. This will help you determine if the opt-in emails are being generated and if there are any errors during the sending process.
Additionally, could you please provide more details on the following:
- Which email is not being sent?
- Is it the confirmation email for the opt-in process?
- Or is it the email that is supposed to be sent after the opt-in is completed?
- Plugin and Avada Versions:
- What versions of the Avada theme and any related plugins are you currently using? Knowing the specific versions can help identify if there are any compatibility issues or known bugs.
By following these steps and providing the additional information, we can better assist you in resolving the issue with your Avada form’s DoubleOptin functionality.
Best Regards
MarcHallo @adlancer
