I have a similar problem and I even tried disabling the Contact Form 7 plugin and still getting the same types of “Eric Jones” emails.
I solved it!
I found a reference to the old URL in the htaccess file. I changed it form rio/$2 to $2 and everything now works.

Having similar issue. Sucuri is saying MW:SPAM:SEO threat. I have ran complete scans of everything but cannot locate the threat.
