Thanks for flagging this! Our team is already on it, and a fix is in the works.
The message is harmless and doesn’t affect your site, it only shows up in tools like Query Monitor when using PHP 8.4, which is still in beta support by WordPress core (so not the recommended version just yet): https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/references/php-compatibility-and-wordpress-versions/
