I am struggling to find a standard solution to my liking when i comes to email and pdf invoice plugins, so I cannot tell you which ones at the moment.
But I can work with the information you have given me.

Hi George
I tried renaming the install folder instead of deleting it. After WP login I changed the name off the install folder back to original.
Then I went to the plugin page in WP admin and activated the plugin. It worked and I now have full control.
