They can’t get the order number because they haven’t place an order and they’re instructed to place the order only after paying. It’s just wrong.
But certainly a response on par with a 3.4 star rating. Cheers.

I’m happy to upgrade to pro, but hardly seems like a good business model to say that I have to upgrade because the free version doesn’t work correctly
