The exact error i get after trying to login is:

“ERROR: The password you entered for the username {Usernamehere} is incorrect. Lost your password”

By the way, is the same exact issues of this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reset-password-doesnt-work/
but there is no solution at all.

The support is quite useless… I had to go back to the native WP reset function.
