My site is protected by a security plugin that rewrites URLs in WordPress. My guess is that your plugin requires an unprotected WordPress with the original folder names as a system requirement.
So I set up a WordPress in the delivery state. The critical WordPress error was gone. I created the pages with the short codes and set up test users. The automatic login did not work.

The folder structure looks like this:

/home/easysolutions/public_html/tngdemo >>TNG 1
/home/easysolutions/familytree >>TNG 2I had set the paths:
/home/easysolutions/public_html/tngdemo
../tngdemo
../../familytreeEach configuration led to a critical WordPress error.

If I enter ../tngdemo/ (a sub folder of WordPress, related to wp-admin)
message:

I will not grant access to the system.I am not interested in a customized solution, but in a standard product that can be maintained as part of software maintenance.
If you have a solution that meets these requirements, I will be happy to come back to you.

|—–(etc)After the commit the text box become empty. But I reach the text box after I use the back function of the browser after the critical error. The status is therefore not a direct consequence of the commit.

And a mail from WordPress to restore the site.
Within the field TNG Installation Location nothing will be written.The web site is still running, but it’s a very worrying issue.
TNG is running on a subdomain in another folder as WordPress.

I install a new WordPress instance with PHP 8.0 and only one Plugin, the WebLibrarian. Now I get more error messages:

I fear your plugin is not compatible with German dates. That a application is running in a development environment is nice, but …
You should remove the german language from the plugin page. If you really want to solve the issue feel free to ask me for testing.I will stop any activities, because it doesn’t work!

I made a test with Englich for the librarian user, but I got the German locates. Therefore I guess Iget the German locales. The simple question is: how I need to enter the date? The German variants are:
25.01.2022 (DD.MM.YYYY)
25. Januar 2022 (DD. MMM YYYY)
I will also use the american formats, but these are not works too.Best regards,
