It seems its similar to the issue presented in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-images-59/
It gets resolved when I update the product an additional time, however that workaround is not optimal and I would like to know if there is a proper fix.
All the required values have been increased and all the images are in the gallery.
EDIT: It seems if the page is accessed before all the images are properly downloaded, this issue occurs. Waiting for a moment before accessing the page allows it to load properly.
